Land Market: Buyers May Be Required to Show Their Earnings and Publish Declarations
In an OBOZREVATEL interview, Dmytro Solomchuk, the deputy head of the “Servant of the People” party, said that Ukrainians will need to adapt to some new important changes as the result of opening the land market, writes “Agro-Center”.
“We are thinking of the ways to make sure the land won’t be used with black money. There is a suggestion that when a person buys land, they must show their source of income. If a person came to buy land with a million dollars, they have to show where they got the money. It is being considered, but it has not been approved by the committee yet,”
said the People’s Deputy.
Dmytro Solomchuk believes that state agricultural enterprises should be transferred to the property of the united communities.
The final decision on the land market will be made by the end of 2019.
