A unique power plant will be built farm in Ukraine

A modern solar power plant will be built in the Zhytomyr region. It will have the power of 15 MW. The power plant will work together with an eco-farm, writes “Agro-Center”.

Construction of the project is planned in the Zhytomyr region, near the village of Velikie Nizgirtsi. Thirty hectares will be allocated. There will also be an eco-farm near the plant, where owners will breed sheep and grow quails. Igor Gundich, chairman of the Zhytomyr Regional State Administration, noted that this is the first such project in Ukraine.

It will be funded by Better Energy LLC. The investment amount is estimated at 17 million euros. The construction will begin in early November.

Similar projects are planned to be launched in Luginsksky, Lyubarsky, Korostensky and Khoroshevsky districts of Zhytomyr region.
