In August, prices for 20 products went up
In September, while everyone was counting crops, we established if prices for food increased. During August-September, prices for most plant-based products went up, writes Agro-Center.
Prices for sausage increased by 4%, for beef and flour – by 3%, for cabbage and pork – by 2%. Bread and rice became more expensive by 2%. Prices for sugar, milk, and wheat increased by 1%. Prices for wheat flour or wheat-rye flour increased by 6.8%, compared to July.

However, prices for some products went down and became more appealing. In particular, prices for carrots decreased by 32%, for onions and beets – by 16%, for apples – by almost 13%, for eggs – by 6%. Prices for salo and buckwheat decreased by less than 1%.
