Walnut is a very versatile and beneficial product. It can be eaten on its own or used in other dishes. Walnut milk is still new. It is produced by only one enterprise located in the south of Ukraine – the “Horikh Prychornomorya” cooperative, writes “Agro-Center” with a reference to “AgroNews”.
The secret to making delicious walnut milk is choosing ripe walnuts. Walnuts used for making jam cannot be eaten. However, jam made from them can be eaten because it is cooked.
“However, for making milk, only fresh and ripe walnuts are used. It is easy to remove the skin with your hands from such walnuts. According to technology, nuts are soaked in water and peeled. This way nuts retain a unique taste of fresh walnuts. We also sell such walnuts as a separate product”

Walnut milk is a completely lactose-free product. Only nuts and water are used for its preparation. To make a liter of this drink, you’ll need about 300 grams of walnuts.
It tastes like fresh walnuts. However, we have suspended the production of walnut milk. We are working on stabilization. The problem is, if we want to offer a super-useful product, ideally, it should be made without heat treatment.
From a technical point of view, the process of making such a drink is quite complicated. You need to have expensive equipment.
Even in Europe, no one produces walnut milk. We and a business in China are the only ones who do produce it.
