October is already over, and it’s time to prepare for New Year’s holidays. We are preparing a new section, in which we will highlight the best farmsteads for recreation. Let’s start with Rivne region, writes Agro-Center.
“Khutir Kasen”
The farmstead is located in the Dubensky district in the Rivne region. The owners are husband and wife. The man is a cook, and the woman, Victoria Radchuk, is engaged in the development of green tourism. The owners warn that guests will have to drive a dirt road for a few kilometers. But is worth it! There are more than 50 sheep of the Austrian breed Merinos, as well as Hungarian mumps on the farm.
“Last year we did a New Year’s children’s program, a quest for children with the involvement of sheep. We accept orders all year round and on New Year holidays. Here you can stay for a night; there are hot water and a sauna. Overnight stay for one person costs 200,”
says Victoria Radchuk.

“Zeleny Dub”
Another farmhouse is located in the village of Zeleny Dub in the Zdolbunivskyi district. There is a small farm here:
“We have about a hundred sheep and dozens of goats. Here we have beautiful nature and a house for eight people”,
– says the owner of the estate, Andrew Kardash. He started farming four years ago. Among other things, there is also an apiary on the territory of the farm. One has to pay only 350 hryvnias for the whole house to stay there for 24 hours.

The farmsteads are located in Nadlschachny Landscape Park, so beautiful landscapes are guaranteed. Also, the owners can try delicious Polissya dishes.
“We have three farmsteads in the Marinin village, which accommodate guests all year round. In a total of 5 rooms, we can accommodate 12-15 people. People usually bring food with them, but we can also cook our traditional Polissya dishes”,
– says one of the owners Vitali Lasht.
