Deep plowing and field leveling with the use of Case IH Quadtracs 450 & 375 tractors are done in the Netherlands. The video shows the tractors in action near the town of Slootdorp in the northern part of the Netherlands.
The company owns only two such tractors but does a lot of work. First, we see that the field is plowed with the use of a DIY deep plow that can plow 120 cm deep. The upper layer of clay soil drops, while lighter sand and peat soils are brought up to the surface. It is done to make work on the field easier and land more suitable for growing crops easier.
After soil loosening, the ground should be leveled with the use of the BOS Combo-Bulder to improve water supply and drainage.
