14 people, including children, got poisoned in the village were

In Chernivtsi region, 14 people got poisoned with pesticides sprayed on the fields by aviation, writes Agro-Center.

Recently, 14 patients contacted the hospital. All of had same symptoms: nausea, high temperature, weakness, and pain. It was pesticide poisoning, as doctors were able to conclude after the examination. A week ago, an agricultural enterprise had carried out works in the field. Only 14 people were poisoned; three of them were children.

It happened in the village of Perebykivtsi of the Khotyn district. The state of the victims improved after they had received medical assistance.

Samples of soil and water were taken for the pesticides content check in the laboratory.
