Small food markets will operate during the quarantine
Volodymyr Zelensky stated that the activity of small food markets will be resumed in Ukraine.
Agro-Center tells more about it.
Comment: “Big markets need to be closed immediately. But there might be no shops in small towns, where food markets are the main source of products. We have to take this into account. There may be patrols near the markets, which, for example, will limit the number of people. I am asking region authorities to take this issue seriously”, – said Volodymyr Zelensky.
Details: The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky allowed the resumption of the activity of food markets in small cities where there are no big supermarkets.
According to the President, the need to open markets in a particular locality can be determined only by someone who is there.
At the same time, Volodymyr Zelensky stressed that, at the moment, because of the COVID-19, such places pose a great danger, especially for older people, who often buy food there.
