A Former Vegetable Base in Kyiv Will Be Transformed into a Farmer’s Market

Food Center, a food mall, where visitors can buy fresh produce from farmers, will be opened on the left bank of the capital, writes “Agro-Center” with a reference to bit.ua.

Project developers plan to open Food Center in 2020. What makes this market stand out among others is its size.

“The area of the vegetable base is 17 thousand square meters. We plan to transform this space into a modern food mall that will contain several completely different pavilions,”

explained the project developers.

There will be five pavilions in the new food mall.

“There will be both products and restaurants in all the pavilions. Every pavilion will have its special thing. For example, in the fish pavilion, we plan to open a restaurant where the kitchen will be located directly inside the hall. The guests will be able to see the cooking process of a fish they’ve just bought”.

The authors promise that visitors will be able to sample and purchase products from “200 completely different food vendors from all over the world”. Currently, the project team is already in talks with partner companies.
