Food is served in edible dishes in a café in Ukraine (photo)

Recently, one of the cafes in Uzhhorod began to serve food in edible dishes made from pressed wheat, writes “Agro-Center”.

Guests are served steaks, as well as cholent, banusz, and paprikash in the new dishes.

“Why did we decide to serve some foods in edible dishes? Of course, first and foremost, for the environmental. Secondly, because of the taste that foods acquire from the dishes made from pressed wheat. Pressed wheat is the only ingredient. These are not just eco-dishes that decompose completely after use. The dishes can be eaten during or after a meal,”

says a representative of the café Villa Alfold.
