Students Started to Process Waste into Organic Fertilizers in Volyn

Boratinsk united territorial community is the first in Ukraine to launch a waste composting project in Volyn, writes “Agro-Center” with a reference to Seeds.org.

The first composter was designed by students from the village of Rovantsi. They twisted the boards themselves, dug the worms, and put leaves and grass into the composter. It took them about one hour to build one composter.

“A group of Ecoheroes from Rovantsi Village School will now be watching the process of the transformation of the organic matter into a wonderful fertilizer. By the way, the deputy director already has plans for this fertilizer!”,
