The giant pumpkin didn’t manage to beat the world record. According to an international organization that records pumpkin records, the largest pumpkin in the world was grown in 2016 by the Belgian Matias Vilemines. The New Hampshire vegetable is 76 kilos lighter than the world record-holder.
