Denmark will build a new plant in Ukraine
Hudvelli Ukraine, a company that receives investments from Denmark, plans to build a meat processing plant in the Ivano-Frankivsk region, writes Agro-Center.
Negotiations lasted several years. Districts of Ivano-Frankivsk region competed to be a place where the plant will be built.
The final agreement was signed in the spring, on May 4th, 2018. The agreement was concluded between representatives of the company and local management of different levels.
At the moment, Hudvelli Ukraine is actively working in the region. There already are pig farms and fields for growing raw materials in the Halytsky district. Also, a biogas plant is being built in the village of Tustan. The new plant will create about 700 workplaces with an official salary.
Let’s recall, that ASF is actively spreading in Ukraine. During the period from September 6th, 2018 to September 10th, 2018, four new cases of ASF were recorded in Ukraine.
