Tinder for farm animals has been launched in the UK
Farmers were presented with a Tinder-style application called “Tudder”, which allows them to find a mate for breeding for their farm animals by viewing the photos of animals and their location, age, and owner, writes “Agro-Center“.
Tudder is based on a popular dating app that was developed in Hampshire by the Hectare Farm startup.
The app seeks to “unite lonely farm animals with their soul mates”. It shows profiles of animals from 42,000 farms throughout the UK. Farmers can download the app and just slide their fingers across a phone screen in order to find a perfect match.
According to livestock breeders, finding a mate for breeding for their animals through the Internet is much more convenient than it used to be when to simply look at an animal they had to make long-distance trips.
