An organic farm “Dacha” has been successfully operating in Zhytomyr region for several years. A farmer Alexander Shcherbyna from Kiev has a chain of stores and cafes so there’s no problem with sales promotion, writes “Agro-Center”.
There are more than 600 hens that give organic eggs at the farm. Chickens are fed with seashells, organic whole grains, and chalk. There are also greenhouses for which Californian worms “make” fertilizers.
