The idea came to Brey when she and her brother were installing a fence on the farm. They had several cans of beer with them and one of the bulls knocked a can over and started drinking from it.
Afterward, Brey learned that honey wine is absorbed well by the digestive system of animals and improves the quality of meat.
Nowadays, the farm is famous for giving wine to cattle. Every day, animals get about half a bottle of wine.
“I did not notice any changes in their behavior. They are not alcoholics. But the meat quality has improved,”
said Brey.
