Finns turned an old combine into a racing dragster (video)

Friends Rhine Savioay and Petri Plo from the Finnish city of Kurikka, turned the old Fahr M44 combine from 1967 into a powerful racing dragster. The friends are fans of racing, which inspired them to create the car, writes “Agro-Center”.

The combine is compact and weighs only 2 tons. The Finnish riders added an 8.2-liter petrol V8 from the 1976’ Cadillac Eldorado and a three-speed automatic transmission Turbo 425 and front subframe. The combine offers 500 hp thanks to a pair of turbochargers. In addition, all power comes to the front wheels with 22-inch tires.

The modernized combine can cover a quarter of a mile, 402 meters, in 14.1 seconds, and cross a finish line at 154 km / h.
