A new fishing lure: a Ukrainian fisherman patented a unique product

The assessment was shared by the companies “Innolytics Group” and “AEQUO”. They compiled a list of the most expensive patents in our country, using the international assessment system.

The fisherman’s name is Sergei Ulyanov. He owns a fishing lure patent worth $ 1 million.

As stated on different fishing websites, Sergei’s fishing lure is called “Ulyanka”. He claims it is one of the best DIY fishing lures. Ulyanov owns another patent that is worth $ 580,000.
