Vegetables vs Cancer: Foods That Lower the Risk of Developing the Disease
Chinese scientists discovered that certain foods reduce the risk of developing cancer, writes “Agro-Center”.
Experts at Zhejiang University analyzed the results of 76 studies and described the relationship between daily diet and stomach cancer.
They found that people who regularly eat potatoes and onions are three times less likely to get stomach cancer due to the high Vitamin C content of these foods.
It should be noted that consuming alcohol and excess salt daily, on the contrary, increases the risk of developing stomach cancer.
