A unique edible map made from food was presented in the Lviv region
At the festival of hotel and restaurant business “HoReCa SHOW Lviv”, a gastronomical map of the Lviv region was presented. It featured open farms which anyone can visit, writes “Agro-Center”.
The “delicious map” was made from fresh salads. It depicts the Lviv region and marks all open farms. Marks were created with the use of real products made on these farms. One could find snails, cheeses, products from Mangalica, honey, and berries on the map. People could even taste the products.
Agrotourism is relatively new for Ukraine. However, over the past few years, it has been developing rapidly. In Europe, for example, agrotourism brings farmers up to 70% of income, so a lot of businessmen treat it as separate direction and actively develop it. Ukrainian farmers have everything to transform this direction into a profitable business.
